They've dropped but 1100 a year ago was way over paying. They averaged 700-800 when I got mine last year and I've seen them down to 500-600 this year.

I wouldn't pay over $300 for him personally. I agree that there's no way of knowing if he's het pied unless he comes from a reputable breeder and that's a lot for just a male pinstripe banana.

I do feel bad for the little guy tho :(

Id still save him if I could. The above male is running me 250 shipped and I'm comfortable with that price.
