I can tell if my bp doesn't like being touched when she tenses up. Sometimes when I pet her, she really relaxes and often falls asleep. There are times she doesn't want to interact with me and she communicates it. I think if she knows how to communicate that she doesn't like something and has learned that I will stop when she does, idk why she would tolerate something. I think some like it and prob some don't.

Karma like, borderline hates being petted. If I do pet her like, move my hand down her back, she'll tense up immediately and slowly start to curl up into a ball. It's perfectly fine with me though, she's not a cat or a dog, so I never really feel the need or want to pet her at all. The funny thing is though, she doesn't mind at all when I touch/stroke her head and even leans into my hand sometimes when I move away. Yesss, steal my warmth qt!!🐍
