    I'd personally replace those tubs. Tubs are inexpensive enough that it wouldn't break the bank. Particularly if the health of the animals housed in those tubs was questionable (assuming the seller lost interest).

    As for the smell on the rack, you can use either vinegar, Healthy Habitat, or even Nature's Miracle advance pet mess cleaner. The latter is probably the best enzyme cleaner around. I have 3 dogs, so I always keep a gallon of the stuff at home, just in case! (Although it helps keep the area rugs smelling clean and fresh when shampooing!)

    Do you have any f-10? Odors are usually caused by bacteria, so if you kill the bacteria the odors should go. I wouldn't trust Lysol; if it soaks inthen you'd have a different problem :/.
