Both my Girl and Guy are around the same wight ~700. I cant wait until she is ready to breed. We need to get another girl or two for our male though. Maybe a lesser or mojave girl to make some BEL's and a Mystic for some Mystic Potions.

I heard Pastel's are known for being nippy.. So far my Citrus Pastel is but she is young. My Ghost Pastel isn't headshy or neurotic at all (i.e spiders)
Have you had the same luck?

Since we've had her ~10 months, she has only bit twice, once was when she was with us for around a week, we let one of our friends hold her and she was kinda being over excited and moving her around and I guess she didnt like that and tagged her. The second time was my fault, I was going to get her and I went to remove her hide but instead of grabbing it by the sides, I reached into the opening and she tagged me. They both have been for valid reasons. She is super calm and sweet and such a great eater. She was head shy when we first got her but now I can touch her head/snoot and she will not pull back.

My boy has some pastel in him as well and he is a bit different. He has never struck at me but he is very head shy. But he cannot stand my fiance, she gets anywhere near him and he starts to hiss at her. He has never done that to me.

I've added a few new additions. I'm planning on doing a progression thread on all eight snakes, but we picked up a pastel calico breeder female, regular breeder male, and a one-eyed pastel banana pinstripe male that I fell in love with. We won't be able to breed (I've named him Imbra) him due to his eye deffect and he also has minor dwarfism, but I couldn't pass him up.
