1st, turn tht heat pad off.. Period. U shld not be using it without a proper thermostat.

Go to a vet! You need a vet to get silvadine cream.

The burn itself does not look terrible so do the following betadine solution to water in small tub with top enough to cover 3/4 of its body 1 time daily. Just enough in warm water to turn it reddish a touch. Then add silverdine cream twice daily.. Do for a week next shed you should be good.
This is the method that The late Bob Futo taught me and he forgot more about snakes than I or most will ever know.

Silvadine is only avail by prescription. It is not sold over the counter.

Looks like you have a burn going on there.
Make sure you are taking your temperature for your heat source in the hottest spot your snake can touch, they do burrow....

Yea id say its a burn as well. I have dealt with scale rot unfortunately and it doesnt look like that. U need that thermostat and take everything out so u can see the pad under the glass. Let the pad run for a while and let the thermostat kick on and off. Then use a infrared gun check the temp through thenglass. Do not let it exceed over 90 cause if it burrows under ur substrate and lays on glass. U can burn her like u have. Make sure when u readjust it u recheck it on plain glass. If for any reason u cant keep heat up. Find a second source of heat such as a 75w infrared bulb on a dimmer switch. U can buy the dimmer at lowes or home depot for $12. Well worth the money

Looks like a burn to me as well. I would, like someone else mentioned, turn off the heat pad until the stat gets there. Meantime vet trip for some meds and you should be fine.
