I'm not sure of the humidity in Madrid but if the air is very dry then you can use a "swamp cooler" to lower the temperature in your room. This doesn't work well if your ambient humidity is high, but I'm guessing that with the night temps dropping into the low 70's your humidity is very low.
Another trick is to take a frozen bottle of ice water and place it in front of a small fan to create a cool breeze across your snake's enclosure during the hottest part of the day.
Shade any south-facing windows - you want the sunlight to be blocked before it hits the window and enters your house. Here in the US we can get stick-on window tinting that blocks a lot of light but still lets you see out, perhaps a similar product is available in Spain. It's similar to the tinting for cars.
With the frozen bottle an fan, do you put the fan facing the tank? When I use my fan my humidity drops from 60 to 30% so I try to avoid it.
For the windows, I have a balcony where I hang out myclothes so no sunlight ever hits my windows in my room
