    Not yet, only started yesterday. I'm keeping an eye on him. He was transported via a licenced reptile courier

    What kind of thermometers are you using to measure the temperatures? What heat sources are you using and how are they regulated so they don't get too hot?

    21*C cool (70*F) 28*C warm (83*F) is too cold for a ball python, should be 26-32*C.

    I am using a habistat thermostat set at 32 but I think the heat mat isn't powerful enough, I have a bigger one which I will fit today, my other pythons have one and it hits 32 easily

    He also hasn't eaten or shown any intrest in food since I got him, supplier (Bob Clark) said he ate fine

    If he's too cold he won't eat.

    Bob Clark is here in the US, was he imported into the UK? If so the stress from importing/shipping + being too cold for a few weeks could have made him sick.
