Re: Baby's shed is going badly! advice needed
Baby is doing great. The advice about the soak was super! Thanks again Adam. The last piece of shed on her upper neck is gone, she managed to get it off herself overnight. There looks to be a very tiny area on the top of her head that isn't as shiney as the rest so I'll just keep an eye on that next shed.

Her eyes are perfectly clear and when we offered her a nice big pre-killed mouse late last night, she fed with gusto! She certainly seems so far to have a great feeding response.

That's great Joanna! I'm sure Baby is much happier with a full belly and no itchy shed stuck. The soaking is much easier than I thought it would be when I had to do it with Dandylion. Glad to hear that Baby is doing so well. Now all you need is a digital camera so we can get pics!! ;)

Thanks Christie! Glad that your Dandylion's first shed with you went well too all things considered. We are extremely pleased with Baby's aggressive feeding response as she's very laid back otherwise and has responded well to the small amount of handling we are doing at this point.

I'm hoping for a digital camera for my birthday in August actually as I'd love to post pics of Baby. We just heard from the adoptee snake Punkin's owners last night by email and we will be getting Punkin sometime in June or early July (perfect as this gives us a bit more time to settle in with Baby and get Punkin's sterlite set up before hand).
