Re: Young ball python will not eat anything I offer! Help!
Your not being yelled at, it may seem that way but no one has the intention of hurting your feelings, sometimes things need to be said in a certain way in order to get the point across especially with a very stressed snake. These are serious problems that need addressed and for most new owners they only go by what petsmart told them (which is not your fault) and now you need to forget all that and listen to the members on this fourm. You are being told how to fix the problem and if you don't listen the snake will be unhealthy. A ball python is no beginner reptile as most people think.

How much weight has been lost and in how long?

OP please take time to read this story http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...t=tube+feeding I believe you will realize that you are going through the same thing, you will also notice that the solution is the one that was linked by Pit in his first answer.

And forget about your vet, most have VERY limited experience with exotics, ball pythons in particular.

    Again do this to a T http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...-Hatchling-101

Right now while you are meaning well the tube feeding is making it worse.

the help you requested has been provided. Listen to it and don't listen to that vet. Your vet experience is so outrageously wrong that it can inspire strong feelings from those who recognize it for what it is.
