Same here. I will note it's my first time pairing BPs (bred corns and boas before). They've been locking up steadily since early December. She's still bowl wrapping and they are still going strong. I thought breeding BPs was generally supposed to be easy lol

It's so weird! Cindy, the one I made the post about, finally laid but they went bad real fast. I'm talking totally deflated and moldy. Didn't even candle them. She also retained one egg and actually laid 4. My granite laid 5, and my aunt's normal laid 7 and both of those clutches are bad too. My granite's turned moldy after about a week and I couldn't see any veins. The weird thing is they shed a long time ago and ended up laying about past their due dates even tough they definitely looked eggy when they were due. I just got a 4 egg clutch from my pinstripe and they look great, but she actually laid them on her due date according to her shed.

Do you guys think that they retained the eggs too long and they just went bad?

None of my males have really shown interest in breeding. I have three proven breeder males and have only seen one lock from either of them. I have two clutches on the ground, pretty much 'who's your daddy' clutches as of right now as I haven't noticed any locks in one of the females and only one lock with the other female; rotating different males in with both females.

Idk about a werid year/season since this was my first breeding season ever. But I did get two clutches of eggs. One clutch was from a lesser x lesser pairing, got 4 big beautiful fertile eggs and one died within a week. They hatched June 13 and my out come was one lesser and two normals. Not great odds. My second clutch was a Normal x yellow belly spider, she too laid 4 eggs. Two were roll outs and one of those two died within a couple days. The other one collapsed when I put it into incubator but did hatch. The roll out egg that hatched only weighed 32 grams and died yesterday for some unknown reason. Out of my second clutch I got 3 normals down to two now since little worm didnt make it.
