Re: Before and after tank pics... did I do okay?
    Looks good.

*If your having trouble with humidity, you can cover the top with aluminum foil. If that light is a heat lamp, you can either set it on the top of the tank and put foil around it, or just center it over one end of the tank and cover the other side with foil. If the light is just a while light so you can see your snake, you can also replace it with flat LED's and keep them under the foil (that's what I do - if the house humidity is super low like in the winter, I keep a wet rag under the foil and that keeps his tank between 50-60% all the time). You can also use cypress mulch from Forest Floor Brand, it really shoots up humidity and does not tend to mold.

*The only other suggestions would be to cover the two sides of the tank to help him/her feel more secure. And if it seems shy or does not feed well or starts to pace constantly day and night, then he/she might need a more secure hide. Some do fine with the 1/2 logs as hides, some don't. That will be up to your little one's personalty.

I really like tanks because you can see your snake when they choose to roam, and I really like changing it up ever now and then and having an interesting habitat to look at. I know that humidity can be an issue, but it just takes a little extra care. I love the waterfall too.

Everything looks great!! Agree that you'll want to switch to a probed temperature reader, but other than that it's a nice set up. :) Just wanted to put in my :2cent: about the waterfall: I had one and it was A PAIN to clean. I could never fully clean into all the cracks and crevices, and while yours looks to be a different model than mine was, mine was hollow and once my BP figured out that she could get in there by swimming under the water I couldn't keep her out of there (and that became a massive pain too of getting an angry snake out of a small area  ). Personally I found it just less of a hassle to get rid of it. A larger waterbowl under the heat lamp did the trick of keeping the humidity up.

Just some (hopefully helpful) tips. Waterfalls do look great though, don't they? :D

And I used this stuff called Repti-Bark for bedding. Supposedly holds in humidity very well and it smells kind of nice. :) Much better than aspen, I hear.
