Regardless of the morph, I'd rescue the poor thing and place it into immediate quarantine until you can be sure that it's mite and parasite free. I've taken in some rough looking rescues, but it's so worth the work they require.

Totally agree! Bad stuck shed doesn't mean that the animal is unhealthy by any means it points more to a humidity issue. The snake looks well fed, but a good mite treatment and QT is totally in order for sure. Its someones pet that they didn't really have the best top notch husbandry. I deal with at least a dozen stuck sheds every month. Its why I switched to Repti-chip.
