So she has been diagnosed with hereditary glaucoma for now. They're going to try to give me supplements for her as to reduce the production of fluid to the eye. Apparently it is VERY rare in snakes, I literally could find nothing about it online and they don't even know yet how to give her the medicine she needs.
The eye is responsive and she seems to see out if it. I have tried applying light pressure and she does not seem bothered. However, if it does become too swollen they may have to remove the eye.
Right now I'm already $600-700 deep in vet bills and not sure about how I can afford surgery right now. >_< But I would like her to be able to keep her eye since it seems like she can see out if it.
