    It might not be absolutely necessary, since the diluted solution is non-toxic, but I still rinse because I want to make sure the poop/urate/whatever is washed off. I only use F10SCXD for visible messes. If it's something that's clean enough to just spray and wipe or air-dry, I use the F10SC instead.

    That makes sense. The used cage I bought has no visible messes but I'm still going to use the F10SCXD and I'll rinse as well.
