I have a T shaped big branch im the BP tank. When she is on the go and cruising around she will fall off off the branch with a thud. She then kinda looks at me with "I meant to do that" look lol. Happens at least once a week lol.

It's not a BP, but my Kenyan sand boa absolutely loves my arm hair. She will slither down the length of my arm pressing her nose down just to get under it even farther. She must think it's black grass.

Not sure if it counts as dorky but one of mine likes to lay with his head resting on a dish or on top of his hide and look out into the room. It's adorable! He does it when he's completely outside of his hide as well as when it's just his head sticking out. We'll walk by and there he'll be. He does it on all different sizes of dishes and things, too.

Two of mine love making burrows and tunnels in their substrates  Another always dig out a backdoor for his hides. Another is always climbing, sometimes she plops down instead of climbing down (maybe she falls asleep?)

when they outgrow their hide so much they pretty much wear it as a hat while the whole sides are sticking out, their head is covered so they think they're save lol.

Re: Dorks?
Well my BP regulates her temperature not by moving between hides, but physically moving one hide from end to end. Both hides are identical yet she favors which ever one started on the cool side ( I have switched them and she doesn't favor one over the other). Also note that I have decorations that should prevent this, but she must lift it up and over to move the hide.

Our pastel, Draco, is constantly "redecorating" his enclosure - to the point where he moves his hides off of his heat pad. He is so noisy moving his furniture around that he wakes my daughter up at night. I guess he gets bored with the layout of his enclosure or maybe he just likes to be cold. :confusd:
One of our normals, Burnsie, is definitely not normal. We noticed that he kept climbing all over his enclosure, so we put a branch in there for him. So much for being a non-arboreal species, but he is such a happy boy now - climbing and slithering for hours at a time. He's the only one who does this. :O
My sweet normal boy, Herbie, is the antithesis of head shy. This snake seems to LOVE kisses and will come forward toward my lips for a kiss. It just makes my heart melt since he is my favorite snake (shhh, don't tell the other snakies)! :colbert:

Monty the normal - loves simultaneous chin and head rubs. Will freeze in one position if I stop, waiting for me to start again. Loves to escape and hide mere inches from his enclosure.
Persephone the clown - loves to go to the bathroom whenever she's out  Bowl tipper. Hide re-arranger.
Marbles the butter spinner - Always on a mission, never hides when she's out. "Gotta go mom, snake stuff, serious business." Epic wobblescoper.
Steve the pastel banana clown - Likes to hide under his paper towel under his hide. Super safe that way.
Thats just the balls. The rest of the serpents are equally as strange. <3
