Well being that I don't see actual stuck shed, I would say stop the soaks. Soaking a snake that doesn't need it is bad, as it strips the oils from their skin making their next shed spotty. I would just make sure it has plenty of fresh water and you're changing it regularly. If humidity in the tank is a problem some damp moss would definitely help. :)
Turned out to actuallu be stuck shed he ate tuesday and he stretched the old skin and i peeled it all off, now hes happy
