Always bad sheds

Just bump the humidity up. During shed, keep it around 65-70%. Glass tanks will work fine, I keep all my tanks around 55-65% and can get up to 80% if needed and that's with aspen. Like I've said many times, its about controlling the airflow. Look at all the prefab PVC cages and you will see one thing in common, they all have only a few slits for air flow. You really don't need much. On my glass tanks, I have the whole top completely covered except for about a 1/2" gap between the cover and the CHE dome. It basically works like how Boaphiles do with the air gap being around the door. Now the only problem is the CHE does create a "chimney" effect of the hot air rising but with such a small gap, it still holds humidity fine.

You can also do like Reinz did with substrates but i'm lazy and I also am kind of OCD about my snakes' cleanliness so I do complete cage cleanings once a month and aspen is cheap and easily scooped out and dumped.
