Maybe it was the males weight at 900 -1500gms. Females should really have the age (2.5 - 3), and the weight 1500gms +. Do people breed at lower weights and ages? Sure. Is it recommended? Absolutely not. We all know you don't need to be spoken down to. We all just want you to have the most accurate information so you can safely take care of your animals. :)

Thanks everyone for the positive input! I was sure the "suggestions" I received from a few different sources, (not this site) that maybe she was wanting to instinctively breed were not in the best interest of the snake or myself. Wouldn't expect a fruitful clutch from such a small young girl. I didn't know if it was a rare occurrence or something. I now know my own assumption on the matter was correct. I need to just wait her out and keep offering her a rodent on her feeding day. Once again, thanks for the input to my seemingly silly question.

Hobby breeding is for the health of the animals, not a check so don't rush anything.

My intentions are not to create income. It's to create cool looking snakes in time. Bought one two and a half years ago and fell in love.
