    My snakes have killed several of the Accurite combo gauges over the years. They work really well for the hobby but they don't take being pulled and roughed up by snakes or being drowned in a BRBs pool....you know how I know? LOL!
    I swear my BRB enjoys breaking things. He is the reason he no longer has nice things. I used to have him in a planted cage with all kinds of cool stuff but all he did was root around and destroy things. He is now on newspaper and has one fake plant.

    I got tired of replacing those gauges so I no longer use any. I have one set of three wireless gauges that report to a display outside of the cages. Though they have been pulled off the walls several times they are still going strong. Between those three and my temp gun that all I use to monitor my numbers.
