    Re: Filling up large enclosures
what i did to fill my 90 gallon is went to the beach and got as much drift wood as i could and then treated it and made a bunch of perches for my JCP then i got the exo Terra vines and warped the wood and added greenery, looks natural and snake loves it!

Apologies it took a minute. Lately life has been non stop.

The tank is direct planted. Home made topper aka "the tank extension". Theres a piece of wood side to side of the lid and my big fella loves it.

I will tell you, setup is a pain the the, err, mommy daddy button? A good boi soil, some hearty plants, let it grow a month or so to establish the roots because a snake will maul a fresh plant... but long term, it pays for itself. Easy cleanings, easy pruning, always humid. Its heated by a side mounted(my personal preferance if you do it right). Quite well actually. We have a small t5ho tube setup for the plants and a few cheapie walmart fish hood leds strung in the lid to reach the darker corners.

Setups been going a few years now.
