What are your temps/ how are the controlled?

Do you use a UTH, or just the lamp?

first thing, no more baths. the snake will work through the shed (yes sometimes you need assist them but multiple baths and forcefully removing shed often times does more harm than good). some of the behavior stuff you mentioned is not too much of a concern to me right now especially in comparison to the red coloration in the tail. I hope someone else responds that has seen that exact thing and knows what’s going on. to be it look irritated, possibly from the bath water being too hot or from you being a little to rough in removing the shed. More information on your set up will help ppl provide advice.
