Neuro issues caused by extended periods in the cold?

Overheating is the cause of neurological issues, while being too cool is a welcome mat for RIs and so on. I've never heard of neurological difficulties from lack of heat.

But I agree with everyone else. The snake sounds a little freaked out…which (lucky for you) is much easier to deal with then neurological dysfunction. ;)

Try to make sure to quarantine him away from the other animals until you are confident that it isn't anything pathological. Consider consulting a herp vet even if it's just for a wellness check.

She has been since I got her just in case and I'll have to make her an appointment with the vet my girlfriend works at. Thanks for the advice this is why I love this forum.
