    While true I have a similar setup for a baby boa in QT in my master bedroom and the ambient in the room is 70*F at the moment. I'm using this tub - 6.2 qt Sterilite latch box:

    I like this one because it's short with lots of surface area. Put the heat pad under 1/3 or even half of it, and it will warm up inside just fine.

    Okay so I just set up my snake in her new 20 gallon long tank. I have everything set up however I wanted to know if there was any way to prevent your lamp from falling off of the screen or keeping it stable? I don't want someone to bump into it or the wire and it fall and break the bulb.
