    To get that many zones with with remote access, you may be best off building your own, there is a LOT you do with a simple little arduino build with as many temperature and humidity sensors as you could possibly need. Add a wifi module and you can access the info over your network at home, or remotely from your phone even. If you don't want to bother with the programming of an Arduino module, you could go RaspberPi with a shield module for the sensors as well.
