I have switched to Cyprus mulch cause I was just concerned with possible Impalement on my snake
I been wiping the tank down and ringing out a wash cloth every morning to help keep the moisture up
"impalement"? Can you expand on this? Can certain types of substrate cause injury?

Yeah some of the mulch type bedding I've seen tends to a little rough
i was concerned about possible injury to the snake moving along on it. Plus too I've seen like a fine mulch dust in the bags and I had concern for the snake possible inhaling it
