Can someone help me identify this spot on my BP?

If your paper towels have colored areas it could be where his scale has caught some of it, or possibly dirt or fast has worked it's way into the scale, without blood coming from the dot it may not be a mite, but just in case use a mite spray and lather it in by letting him run around your hands, remove the water bowl for a while as to not contaminate it and clean out his entire enclosure. I am surprised no one mentionned the obvious, Pieds develop black spots over the years some big some small.

If there was a mite infestation you would see them everywhere on a pied.

They develop black spots as in colouration on their scales? Because I was able to scrape some black stuff out from underneath the scale shown in the picture.. No blood though.

They do develop small spot that can be as small as black tiping on the scale, now if you scrape something from underneath it could be debri. Can't tell without examining the animal in person.

yep, true! i have a 75% white piebald and he developed in normal dark scale in the white lower half of his body.

i hope 2 more scales goes dark around it so it creates a <3 shape. :)

Pieds get black spots like Bananas over time. If it's not a mite then its just one of those phantom black spots they get.

Simple and quickest way to see is a jewlers loup its the magnifiying glass jewlers use look at them through that you be able to see another way is to draw a circle around the dots on the paper as mites move and one on a snake can simply be muck under a scale if there mites your snake will soon be coverd in them..... callingtons and olive oil are good ways to remove mites as is tarus preditor mites
