I see what Adam is saying and it's kind of the problem that i've been having lately. The only place that i've been getting a 90-95 temp is on the substrate in my hot side hide. The problem is if I try to raise the whole temp on my hot side the temp inside the hide skyrockets. I am only using an UTH though and with a radiant panel the heat wouldn't be concentrated on the floor therefore it would be more evenly dispersed. .....I think

What about the door idea, did I totally confuse everyone with my explanation?

I have my bp set up in a 4x2x2 woooden cage built out of melamine that is heated by flexwatt under his hide and a over head lamp with a 100 watt bulb and my temps and humidity are fine.
