Maybe you could make some more holes and then tape some of them shut ( on the outside of the tub ) if you needed to add more humidity later. Is this a good idea or a bad one?? Maybe someone with a lot of tub experience could put in some input on that idea. Or suggest a similar way to adjust the humidity in plastic tubs. PS Here in Virginia thought I was going to need a boat to get home from work. Some folks were stranded in our area.

The sad thing is none of mine are in shed, though that could change quickly, the trouble I'm having is my tubs are too humid. I've got water droplets in all my tubs but I don't want to melt any more holes in them as that will likely make them too dry the rest of the year.

I'm living in NC and driving to work in VA, can't escape the rain one way or the other.

Could be worse. Here in Calgary last year, we were 25 degrees Celsius on Sept 7th, followed ~6-7 inches of snow on the 8th.

Sometimes seems like if we don't like the weather here, we just need to wait 5 minutes :D

Bummer about your tubs. Can you use fans to increase the air circulation in the room and pull some moisture out?
    Dave

It will be better once I get them into the new house on the 17th. Can you tell I'm counting the days till we get out of this apartment! As an aside, I went to check on everyone today and found 2 had shed during the night so there you go, they always keep you on your toes. I knew my Spider was in blue the other day but had forgotten that this morning when I responded, but I had no idea the Coral Glow was about to shed. LOL

Your idea is likely a good one, I hadn't thought of it before so thanks for the suggestion. I have holes about every inch running the full length of the sides of the v-70 tubs. I was thinking of putting some holes in the back but I have hoped to avoid putting holes in the front as I hate the way it looks. I had also thought of cutting 5 small holes in the back and mounting a 40mm computer fan to circulate air for each tub. The rack I have is a 5 tub V-70 from CSerpents which is awesome but it is fully enclosed which is I think part of the issue.

I'd take it at this point instead of a state wide water shortage
