    I know this isnt the newest post but........

    I think your idea is so AWESOME and i dont know why i never thought of that ! **smacks self upside the head** But i have peg board for my lid,with books sitting on top of it to make it stay down but if i were to turn it on its side.....how would i get the lid to stay on ?

    Use a hinge like I did. The can be purchased at just about any home store (lowes, home depot, etc)

    OOO cool, i just may think about doing that, there will be alot more space for Roxy to move around in, im sure she would love it.
