I would suggest a few changes. Raise ambient closer to 80, and if he is indeed a hatchling, I would put him in a 6 qt tub instead of the 12 qt. He might be feeling a little lost with all that space. Also, maybe find a small dish or bowl that can be used as a hide. Make sure you're offering prey appropriate to your hatchling's size. If you're offering a prey item to big, the little guy might not be eating it because he knows it's to big.
