Re: My Bummblebee ball died over the weekend. Please advise
Thank you everyone. I am going to take him back to the breeder and he is going to get a necropsy. He wants to know what happened too in case it's something he needs to watch out for with him collection.
After reviewing the responses, I will keep my other two and continue to love them. This was a really hard hit, I have never had a pet die that prematurely or outside of an expected complications.
Re: My Bummblebee ball died over the weekend. Please advise
Thanks again all. I took him to the breeder and asked his advice and he as well said I shouldn't give up on snakes, that it was a fluke. That in conjunction with everyone's encouragement on this forum, I've decided to continue to keep and love my snakes. In fact, he insisted I take his baby banana (that I previously expressed interest in before picking the bumblebee). So I have a beautiful new Banana ball companion to help me through my loss. I picked up a small temporary terrarium for the banana. I'll be leaving the bumblebee's cage and accessories on quarantine for the next 6 months.
Thanks again everyone. RIP Logan :floating:

I agree.
When I used to keep balls it seemed temps were always an issue. I lived in the country and when it snowed power was always out, but they thrived some how. Could have been a fluke. Things happen. Nice that the breeder was there for you.
