Have your setup ie: temps, humidity, hides, thermometers, substrate etc. all ready to go BEFORE you get the snake.

when i bought my BP (my first and only snake) i just randomly picked it out of a whole bunch of dif. types at the store (go for a breeder not a franchise store you'll get healthyer snake generaly) i new nothing about them i did no reaserch and thus i ended up spending lots more money than nessecary and i am still tweaking out the problems 3 months later

do ur reaserch first and have ur habitat set up before u do the purchase nd u'll save ur self a lot of stress amd money

ty every one for your tips ,i have done lots of research. in fact i still am i still learning ,i know i am not ready but i will be soon . i know that the snake will get big and i know i need to do all that i can before i get the snake . i have a place to get the stuff for the snake ,and the place has lots of knowledgeable people to help i just think i can get the snake alot cheaper than they sell them for. there is one more thing ,the least important i want a pretty snake as well, its not as important as a healthy one but it would be nice to have a pretty one. again ty very much if you have any more tips please give them up.
