    This. You've actually taught her over time that your hand entering her enclosure means that she's likely to be fed soon.

    I would also suggest weighing her and also weighing her feeder. Depending on the source there can be a pretty wide discrepancy in the size of a "medium" rat. If she's a 2000+ gram female and her medium rat is right at 85 grams, she'll be hungry again really quickly.
