    I think leopard is among the coolest dominant genes.

    And as others mentioned, you can't go wrong with Enchi. An Enchi Mojave male might be of interest.

    Or go recessive. It's a longer term proposition but teaches you patience. Bring in a piebald and start making hets.

    I would say enchi and mojave. As for concerns about BELs and lethal genes, well just don’t do pairings that will produce what you want to avoid. With a collection of 12-15 animals that will not be a problem. And as for snakes that look like regular balls, perhaps you’re overlooking the possibilities of supers and/or combos. Pay a visit to http://www.worldofballpythons.com and look around the morph list and play with the genetic wizard.
