Alright!! the temp right above the glass under the substrate and above the UTH peaked at 115 degrees... I went out and bought the Zoo Med ReptiTemp 500R Thermostat and it's working perfectly!! I was also able to get my cold side up to 77/78 degrees, is that too hot or is that OK? Thank you all for the advice and help! :)
