Control Humidity in a Tub setup?

We need an average between CO and Los Angeles in the summer. Contrary to popular belief, it gets pretty humid in the summer here. The outside humidity varies between 30~60%, resulting in my snake tubs being in the 70~80%, even with a million holes. :|
