    It's nice to see your had the energy to complain about it. A lot of people would feel like complaining woldn't work, but sometimes it does. What a moron. Too bad the "evidence" was "lost", otherwise I'd recommend you'd bathmouth him in local facebook groups, for people or other animals as well.

    :clap: I'm so glad he's OK so far!!! I too was super worried. How convenient for the vet that the records were "misplaced". At least that means that they can't make you pay for a massive screw up. I would still consider reporting it to the better business bureau. And good on you for telling your herp group :gj: we reptile folks gotta stick together :snake:
