Back when I was doing the snake thing the first time around, I had a large Columbian RTB. Great snake, about 7 foot or so and beautiful. She went off feed one Summer for 5 months, but was still otherwise healthy and continued to be her easy going self. I used to take her into the back yard for exercise a couple of times a week. It had a Japanese theme with a koi pond that she use to like to swim and soak in. I remember it being a warm day and she was basking in some leaves after her swim. It was all good until a squirrel jumped off the wall and ran trough the yard right toward the pile of leaves. Nature took its course and she hit it like a truck. 5 month fast was officially over.

My BP has a slight wobble and corkscrew (thats why he is called Corkii  ) , and sometimes when he is bored or just really exited, his head twists to upside down. Anyway, I came into my room before i went to bed, and turned on my light to see Corkii stretched all across the front of the viv, and his head corkscrewed upside down in his water bowl. I looked a bit closer to see he was actually drinking upside down XD I should have got a picture, but when he saw me, he shrank back, and quickly went into his hide. I think he was quite embarrassed that I caught him in the act!
