Patches is cute. I've noticed kids tend to choose names based off of physical characteristics of animals. My pied is named Ickus from Aaahh!! Real Monsters, one of my favorite cartoons as a kid.

I was thinking Patches like her, or Punkin, or Kaa from the Jungle Book & my daughter also suggested Amber but I said Amber is a girl's name, so how about Ambro? Hehehe....still haven't decided on the name. It might be Patches after all.
