I get teased about how often I'm at my desk tik-tak-tik-ing away, whether I'm on BP, Reddit, another forum, or my email... DH's line is usually "are you writing a book over there??" He's a gamer and a browser, so on the rare occasion I catch him writing something longer than two lines, I like to use his line back at him. ;) He doesn't give me a lot of grief about BP, since he's the one who got me into sneks to begin with. Sometimes he even asks me to look something up on "my snake forum".

Its been going on here for the last 5 or 6 years LoL

Now its not as much balls as it is OCDing on vape stuff. :rofl::rofl::rofl:

My answer used to be "snake stuff" - more recently it's either "moderating", when there's stuff to take care of (and I head off to the office for a few minutes), or she doesn't even ask anymore... because Tapatalk.

My GF always asks me what I'm doing. I tell her the same thing I did few minutes ago....snakes, tech, cars etc. She calls me the "blogger" Lmao. :D

My husband is just glad I'm here and not talking to him about it constantly. I've tried hard to be extra considerate with him and not even discuss it a lot. His phobia is so bad he has only barely looked at one picture. I still can't entirely believe he finally said yes. I don't even bring Snape downstairs unless he's gone. I told him if he ever gets to a point he wants to look from across the room to let me know, and that I won't bug him about it.

Last night was cool because he went out floundering with some of the guys, so my son and I got to watch TV and Snape got some good outside time. He is such a chill little fellow. His belly is pink and he's starting to get a little baggy and his skin feels funny, but he wasn't fussy at all. Once he's in blue it may be different, but so far so good.

It's kind of a relief reading through these posts haha because my bf razzes me for being on here I used to spend all my internet time just scrolling blogs on tumblr now I barely go on there and I'm always on here!! It's way more fun I like the reptiles and ppl too!! I tell him how its not JUUUST snakes tho and ppl get onto some hot topics like the vape/e-cig page ahahahah that cracks me up. xx

Actually, I've gotten to the point that I'll click onto another site if I hear the BF coming. Sigh... It is just easier.

I TOLD him half the people on here seem to have advanced degrees - when people are making jokes about tryptophan (off a pic of an unlabeled ring structure), and collections are listed by the Latin name - it is not like the place is populated by a bunch of low-IQ lost souls.

Whatever. He is on travel for two weeks of contract work, so, for now, I can do what I want.
