Animal Plastics Economy rack

Ambient temp on the cool side will be whatever the ambient temp in your room is (more or less)

For example when I keep my snake room at 75 ambient, temps in the tubs are 75/76 on the cool side.

I went to Home Depot and it looks like I can build a five stack out of melamine for about 75 dollars including heat. Tomorrow I'm setting up the saws and I'm going to work. What kind of spacing should I leave at the top of the tub?

My first two racks are malimineand they are only two years old and its starting to bubble up. There are no Menards on Long Island. I wouldn't know where to look for polyethylene sheeting.
