Thats what I'm going to find out but I have seen CB BP at three foot so its possible

My adult male has topped off at arould 4 feet, a tad bit longer. Females are usually larger and can get to 5' though I have never eprsonally seen one that big. My guess is that this one they're selling is female, and I would go for it at that price as long as it's healthy and feeding.

I know someone who has an adult male that is 4ft. 11 inches. So it is completely possible, he is not powerfed, but fed an apropriate sized food item every 2 weeks. They can get 5 ft.
