    Thank you so much for the update, and I hope he pulls through. With you on his side, he has the best chance he can have to make it. At this point, I would seriously consider taking the vet report with you to the police station and try and press animal cruelty charges against the former owner.

    Antibiotics wreak havoc with gut flora. You can get NutriBAC, which is a reptile probiotic, at TheBeanFarm.com. It comes in powdered form and since you're tube feeding anyway you could add a pinch of it to his meal.

    Good luck with him and I've got my fingers crossed that he pulls through for you.
