I would use heat tape. UTH are way overpriced. Heat tape would cost about $5 maybe? Depends on length and width you get. The heat pad thing I am unsure about. Don't see how it would even be close to properly regulated without a thermostat. I would stay away from it myself.
Where can I get heat tape? & would it work with th gridded surface of the bottom?
