    Nice setup you got there!
Just a heads up, though....you may want to consider ditching the duct tape; it can get stuck to your bp and can be hard to remove without tearing skin. Maybe some velcro strips......you could wrap parts of the chord with the fuzzy end, and then stick a few pieces of the rough end to the glass. Wont survive an earthquake, lol, but it should hold it in place as well as the duct tape does now without the dangers of re-enacting that Brer Rabbit and the Tar Baby scene.

yea, i know the dangers of the tape. i stuck it down very well, there's no way ronin's gonna be able to peel that off w/out some fingernails :)

    Ok, so just an update:

I've had the pump running for about a day now. By replacing my small water dish w/out pump with a large dish with the pump in it, my overall tank humidity has changed from 50% to a constant 70-75%. This is definitely a product worth the money ($15). An updated pic of my tank can be seen at http://photos.yahoo.com/epilover85. I put a background on the rear panel and black paper on the sides so that he would feel more secure.

I noticed that Kitty was more intersted in water after I put the falls in. I wounder if it is something about moving water, like the wild, that triggers and responce

70-75% is pretty high to keep it at constantly when the snake isn't in shed. Nothing is wrong with 50% during non-shed times, that's where it should be. I would try turning on the humidifier only when the snake is getting ready to shed, and not have it on constantly.

Yea I agree. I turned down the flow of the pump so that the humidity is now 55-65%. I plan to turn it up when Ronin sheds.
