    RHP are Radiant heat panels. Basically they are a box with a UTH in them you stick on the ceiling. They like UTH are radiant heat sources (hence the name :P ) They are higher voltage typically often around 40w+ and because of the distance to the floor run higher out put longer. They create a vertical gradient, the closer you are to the panel the hotter it gets (duh) this is not ideal in a terrestrial set up. They also cost more to purchase. They are the best heaters for arboreal set ups nothing is better. For terrestrial set ups I can see no particular advantage. They are just more money.
