    It should not be tinted. I would be inclined to posit that it would be less likely to tint as it ages.

    Hypomelanism is a reduction in the amount of melanin produced/displayed in the animal. Leucism is a failure of any pigmentation being properly displayed. So in combination, the amount of pigment not being displayed by a HypoBluEL would be less than the amount of pigment not displayed by a normal BluEL. Or, to put it the other way, the very limited amount of pigment that sometimes causes normal BluELs to tint up would be even more limited in a HypoBluEL

    So are you saying that it's not going be yellowish?
