Just a comment on this and a note for the OP. If the you need the bulbs for the air temp an RHP may not be enough, typically they only alter that air temp a few degrees. this post by Sauzo demonstrates this perfectly. Bulbs don't 'suck the humidity' they change the air temperature. Relative Humidity is relative to the temperature of the air, this is expressed as a percentage of the saturated vapor density (the max amount of water vapour the air can support). The fact an RHP is accepted that it does not alter the %RH in any significant way show no significant change in air temps. A few degrees nothing more.

I noticed lately a really simple calculation that loosely works inside the range of acceptable Royal ambients. Generally accepted royals target 60% RH @ 80ºF for good sheds. The fact that RH is a variable scale means this will change as the air temp is higher or lower than 80ºF. In a simple version, for every 2ºF below 80ºF you need to add 5%. For every two degrees over 80ºF subtract 5%.

This also means if you have 80ºF and increase the air by four degrees with the exact same humidity it will drop by 10%. However if the snake was shedding well before it will continue to do so. The magic of %, if you change the figure the percentage is on and still have the same answer the % amount must change.

Here are my son's APC T8's. A 4yr old male BP on top and a 2yr old Grey Banded King on the bottom (bottom T8 is partitioned). His Brazilian Rainbow Boa will go in the lower right after it grows a bit. Will need a third T8 for the BRB eventually.
