    Congratulations, the egg that rolled out did you remember to pick it up the same way and position it was in? Hope so. In any event, just be careful with the maternal incubation part and keep that incubator warm. That is a nice number of eggs for a first time girl but you guys did everything right or else there would be no eggs!! Enjoy! Good job. Stay in peace and not in pieces. :gj:

    So there was some scariness that happened this week. On Wednesday morning, I woke up at 5:00am to find the electricity out. I called the electric company and was notified that crews were working on the situation. Since the incubator is a converted cooler, I threw the thickest blanket I have over it to reduce the heat loss. The electricity came back on at 7am, and the thermostat said 85F, which means it only lost 4-5 degrees, and was back up to temp within the time it took me to take a shower. I hope that everything is okay with the eggs. I'll be keeping a good eye on them. So far everything looks okay. *crosses fingers* but I still have a long way to go before they hatch.
