I asked about the het possibility because with all that blushing on her lateral underbelly is apparent. IMO, she might be het for piebald. I guess we will find out when those hatchlings come out. Unless you get info from who you purchased her from? Great job!!!!!:gj:

I got her from LLL in 2010 at the San Jose reptile expo. She was my first snake and I wasn't planning on breeding her back then so it's possible she's het. I didn't care back then so I can't remember lol

So here's how everything panned out. I overnighted the Reptibator from Amazon which arrived on Friday afternoon. I opened up the box to find the styrofoam cracked and broken. I set it up anyways because I didn't really have any other options. Used duct tape on the crack.

I set up an egg box with perlite and the plastic grate thing. Filled with water. Covered with Saran Wrap. I allowed it to heat up and monitored the temps over night with an Accurite thermometer, as well at the little yellow thermometer you can get at petco. Also bought the two round thermometer/hydrometer from petco and put those in the egg box. The next morning, I moved the eggs to the egg box. Temps have been reading between 87-88 degrees. The highest temp it's reached was 88.5 during the hot afternoon.

Requested a new incubator because the first one was cracked and Amazon overnighted me another one. Switched the bad styrofoam box with the new one and sent the bad one back.

Over the weekend, I noticed that the round hydrometer (petco) that I put in the egg box wasn't reading more than 60%. I took it out and did the salt test.. Which it ended up being 35% off. Ugh. So I put the Accurite one in the egg box and it says the humidity is 99%.

    Everything is looking good :)
